Louis works as a Researcher at the Universal Rights Group Secretariat in Geneva. He is currently working on topics including the implementation of UN human rights recommendations, accountability in international human rights law, digital technology and human rights, inequality and social rights, as well as business, corruption, rights, and the environment.
Before joining URG, Louis worked as an associate legal officer in the Cabinet of the Director-General of UNESCO and as a legal assistant for France Terre d’Asile. He also previously interned for the Legal Counsel of UNESCO and for Human Rights Watch.
Louis holds a Master’s Degree in Law, specialized in Global Governance Studies from the Sciences Po Paris Law School, a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Theory from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and History from Sciences Po.
